- Canvas orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery:
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully before accepting it. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, you may choose to refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier.
- Inspecting Your Canvas:
- Once you have received your canvas, please inspect it immediately. Check for any signs of damage, defects, or inaccuracies in the print.
- If you find any issues, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the canvas, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Accepting Delivery:
- By accepting the delivery without noting any damage or issues, you confirm that the canvas was received in good condition.
- If you discover any problems after accepting the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
- Non-Delivery or Lost Packages:
- If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe or is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate a search with the courier.
